Fees & Bookings

Standard sessions

Standard sessions for individuals are 60 minutes in length, sessions for couples are 75 minutes.

  • Individual face to face – $115
  • Couple face to face – $179
  • Individual online via zoom – $95
  • Couple online via zoom – $159
  • Guided Meditation in person – $75
  • Guided Meditation online via zoom – $50

Out of hours session

Out of hours applies to sessions before 9.00am and from 6.00pm on a business day, and on public holidays. Sessions that occur out of hours incur an additional $20 fee.

Session Payment

Payment is required at the completion of each session and is payable by EFTPOS or cash.

An invoice/receipt of payment will be emailed within 24 hours of the session.

Late cancellation/missed session

Late cancellation and missed session fees are charged at a reduced rate. If you do not give at least 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a late fee of 50% of the standard session fee. Please give as much time as possible if you do need to cancel or reschedule a session. This will allow enough time to offer your session time to someone who is waiting to see me.

For sessions scheduled on a Monday (or in the event of a public holiday) notice is required by midday on the previous business day.

Pre session client intake form & privacy / confidentiality agreement

When a session is confirmed, an email will be sent including a counselling intake form, a privacy/confidentiality agreement, and the fee schedule document.  These forms are required to be read, completed and/or signed before the scheduled session date.  This allows more time to focus on your therapy in session, rather than allocating time for administration.
